Transforms

When you open the Transform tab, you’ll see five different options appear.

Scale

Here you can scale items from 0 (invisible) to 1,5 (one-and-a-half times as big). Pick from any number in the dropdown menu, or use the dot to slide along the scale.

Rotate

Do you want an element to be upside down, displayed sideways or at a 45 degree angle? All you need is the rotation effect.

You can pick from a 45, 90, 180 (positive and negative) angle. The icon with the two arrows next to the degree field lets you switch between negative and positive values.

Move

Adjust an element’s position either to the left or right by using the horizontal X-axis, or move it up and down by adjusting the vertical Y-axis. You can choose a number from the dropdown menu or set your own value using the sliding scale.

Skew

Imagine having a square in front of you, taking the upper-right corner and pulling it along a certain angle. That’s exactly what the skew transformation does. It gives elements a 3D look.

To make your element skewed, simply drag the dot to the left (negative) or right (positive) on the X-axis or Y-axis scale. You can also pick a number from the dropdown menu.

Origin

Origin defines the origin (or anchor point) from where the transformation happens. The default origin is the center of the element.

If you want to select another origin to start from, click the Dot icon to unfold eight additional directions.
