Deleting your Ycode account

Once your account deletion is processed, it cannot be recovered. All projects, workspaces, and teams associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.

3. Click Delete Account to initiate the deletion process.

Important Notes

• Cancel active subscriptions: Ensure all active subscriptions are canceled to avoid any billing issues.

• Irreversible actions: When your account is deleted, the following will occur:

  • All websites linked to your account will be unpublished.

  • Your account, along with all associated projects and workspaces, will be permanently erased in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other applicable laws.

Please make sure you are certain before proceeding, as this action cannot be undone.
