How to update your account details

Keep your Ycode account information up to date to keep it secure, communicate effectively, and receive your bills accurately. Ensure your account always reflects your latest preferences.

Updating Your Profile Information

You can update your details, such as your profile photo, full name, email address, and password, directly from your Ycode dashboard.

To update your profile:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click your name or profile picture in the top-right corner and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

  3. On the My Profile page, you can:

  • Upload a new profile photo: Click the button next to your current picture to upload a new image.

  • Edit your full name: Click the button next to your name to enter a new one.

  • Edit your email address: Click the button next to your email to update it.

  • Change your password: Click the button next to your password to set a new one.

  1. After making changes, click Save to apply them.

To delete your profile, click the "Delete profile" button. Please note: this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Updating Your Billing Information

Ycode uses a per-project billing system, which means you manage billing details for each project individually. Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe.

To update billing information:

  1. Open the project for which you want to manage billing.

  2. In the Menu, go to Settings.

  3. Scroll to the project plan section at the bottom.

  4. In the top-right, click billing details to access the project’s billing section (only visible if you’re on a paid plan).

  5. You’ll be redirected to a Stripe payment page, where you can:

  • Add or remove payment cards

  • Update billing information

  • View your payment history under Invoice History
