Removing payment methods

You can easily remove payment methods for each project in Ycode. Here’s how:

Where to Remove Payment Methods

Payment methods are managed within each project. Only users on a paid plan will see payment options. All payment processing is securely handled through Stripe.

How to Remove a Payment Method

1. Go to the project where you want to remove a payment method.

2. From the project menu, select Settings.

3. Click on Project Plan to view your current subscription details.

4. Click Billing Details in the top-right corner to access the billing section (available only if you are on a paid plan).

5. You will be redirected to the secure Stripe payment page.

6. Locate the payment method you want to remove. Select the option to delete or remove the card.

Important Notes

Removing a payment method will affect future payments for that project. If you'd like to continue your subscription without interruption, please add an alternative payment method. You can also update or manage other payment methods and view your payment history here.
