This form is used to collect user data and information, which will be added to your database. You need to have a collection already created for this form to work, if you don’t know how to create a collection or how to add collection fields please go here.
Once you have a database already set up, to start collecting data, go back to your Canvas then go to the Top panel and select the fourth icon, the Form icon, and select Form. On the pop-up choose Data and click on Add.
With the form selected, go to the right-hand side on Settings, under the Form section you will have Source, here select the database you are going to use to collect the data.
You can now add as many inputs you want to your form, you can add them by having your Form selected, going to the Top panel and selecting the fourth icon, the Form icon, and simply choosing which elements and inputs you want to add to your form.

For each input you add you will need to go to the right-hand side on Settings, under Save form data to you will have Column here you will assign each input to your database fields.
Once done don’t forget to add a Button to your form!
Now we have to create a workflow for our form Button element, the workflow we want to create is under Data -> Submit form, this way when the form Button is clicked the information will be added to our database.

If we now test our form, you will see that the information we added to the form and submitted will be added to our collection.
