Requesting new integrations
Ycode is committed to expanding its ecosystem by supporting integrations with many popular third-party services. If you can’t find the integration you need, you have several ways to request new integrations and influence platform development.
How to Request a New Integration
Have a new integration that isn't available on Ycode yet? Here's what to do:
1. Check Existing Resources
Before making a request, review the available integration features in the Ycode Help Center and technical Ycode Docs. You might find a solution using:
2. Submit a Feature Request
If your desired integration is not currently available:
There are three ways to request a new integration, from contacting us directly to submitting a request on Ycode community. Visit the Providing Feedback page in the Help Center.
Clearly describe the service or app you wish to integrate, including example use cases and any technical details (e.g., authentication method, API documentation).
Check Troubleshooting Integration Issues for guidance if you’re facing limitations.
3. Engage with the Community
Participate in discussions in the Ycode Community or Academy sections. Oftentimes, other users share workarounds or announce unofficial connectors and templates.
4. Understand Platform Limitations
Review Understanding Integration Limitations to ensure your request aligns with what is technically possible in the current Ycode environment.
5. Follow Up and Track Requests
Once submitted, feature requests are reviewed by the Ycode product team. You can follow up via support channels and get involved in beta testing through Accessing Beta Features.
